After the inventory of your legal issue, together we will determine the approach and the work required for this. You will receive an overview of the steps to be taken and the associated hours and costs. We believe it is important that you always know where you stand. We offer our legal services at a very attractive rate!
SME-subscription
Do you structurally need legal advice? Especially for entrepreneurs, Wiertz Legal Solutions has developed the SME subscription. We advise you (possibly at your location) on legal issues, agreements, conditions, disputes, etc. The regular SME subscription consists of five legal hours per month and will cost you € 750,- excluding VAT. We will relieve you of all your worries and take all the legal work off your hands!
General terms and conditions check
Have you ever drawn up your own general terms and conditions, taken them over from your competitor for the sake of convenience, or have you been working with the same conditions for years? Then it is wise to let us take a close look at them! You will receive clear advice from us with points of attention and we will adjust your general conditions in consultation. A reassuring thought and for only € 450, – excluding VAT!
Our lawyer mr. Dorena Gulpers
Mr. Dorena Gulpers is a lawyer at Wiertz Legal Solutions. She has extensive legal experience and is ready to answer all your questions. In 2002 Dorena completed her law studies at the University of Maastricht. Afterwards she started her career in the legal profession where she mainly handles cases in the field of contract law, real estate law and corporate law. Through Wiertz Legal Solutions, Dorena offers all-round commercial legal services to entrepreneurs.
