Get started as production employee

A production employee is someone who performs assisting and executive tasks in a production process, for example in a factory. Depending on the industry or sector in which you are active as a production employee, the nature of the activities may vary.

For example, you can operate a machine, stand on an assembly line or work in a warehouse. In all cases, as a production employee you contribute to the creation or processing of a product. As a production employee you often work in shifts, which means that you generally also work night shifts.

As a production employee you work at companies that produce goods, for example within a factory, production department or logistics department. You can think of very different companies.
