What will you do?
As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that our flowpack, checkweigher, metal detector, cartoning, and labeling machines run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage frequent packaging changes for different customers, follow line specifications precisely, and perform quality checks every 30 minutes. You take immediate action if there are deviations in quality, weight, or packaging, and you communicate with the bakery and packing departments to solve issues. Technical insight, accuracy, and vigilance are essential in this role—because delivering the wrong packaging, date code, or weight can lead to serious recalls.

What do you get?

  • €16.26 gross per hour
  • Shift allowance:
    • 138% (18:00–03:00)
    • 139% (03:00–06:30)

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Packaging Operator

  • Experience as operator or in food industry (preferred)
  • Technical insight & eye for detail
  • Eagerness to learn & adapt
  • Dutch or English communication skills
  • EPT/forklift certificate is a plus (can be obtained later)
  • Own transport required
