You are responsible for the best usage of the fleet network. In this role you're controlling completely the dispatching process and the organization of the day to day business, you are always balancing high quality service with optimal line haul. You are also responsible for the assignment process while keeping the (internal) customer's request in the back of your mind. You are giving constant feedback concerning fleet towards the (internal) customers. You have a model role towards the complete operations department by giving the best possible solution, aiming for the best marging in the interest of the company. You are using your specific knowledge, you coordinate and coach the agents in order to get an optimal service level towards transport orders with an optimal price setting and a optimal line haul.


You have excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach. You are accurate and focused, you have strong communcative capabilities. Your language skills are both Spanish and English and german in verbal and in writing. You are willing to work in shifts. You are also able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct.
