As a customer service agent you wil contact customers about their feedback and you will handle second line customer requests (e.g. returns or escalations). To do this you have great analytical skills and you like to get into a problem to get a better understanding of the situation and how to fix it so the customer is satisfied. You follow up on reviews customers wrote on public platforms and on product reviews and questions. Interact and resolve issues with customers on Social Media, contribute to improving the organization, across all departments. You identify chances for improvement, by analysing customer feedback (in agreement with your Team Leader), be Mystery Shopping in order to learn and find improvements. Be supported with training in order to further improve your skills (e.g. complaints management).
Your French verbal and written skills are flawless and your English verbal and written skills are also good. You have at least 2 years of experience with customer contact and you have experience in handling complaints are you can eas. You know your way around computers and MS Office. You are available at least 32 hours, flexible and are willing to work 1-3 days until 19:00. You completed an MBO education. Willing to work on Saturday every couple of weeks.
