For a company in Zuid- Limburg we are currently looking for a customer Service Agent Germany. Job description:
Looking after transportation orders, you maintain direct contact with existing and potential clients. You also maintain direct contact with existing and potential suppliers. You make calculations for proposals by means of an in-house computer system. lanning the orders and monitoring the shipment from A-Z. You maintain regular contact with client and transporter during the shipment. You also deal with all administrative process as a result of the above mentioned actions.

Functie-eisen

You have excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach. You have a higher vocational education level
(MBO/ MBO +). You have some years of experience in the field of transportation planning or customer service. Your language skills are both verbal and in writing in German and English and polish. You are willing to work in shifts (6-21) . You are also able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct.
