Customer service employee France – Venray

As a Customer Service Employee you will be responsible for answering and processing questions and responses from the European clients by telephone or e-mail. You are interested to work in an enthusiastic multilingual team within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. You will work in shifts from Monday until Saturday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for answering and processing questions and responses from the clients by telephone, e-mail, chats and reviews according to the clientcontactsystem eGain, within the own language and by following the rules.
Making administrative follow up of these clientcontacts in SAP, contacting clients directly in response to one problem or a negative review, escalate problems to the Senior Customer Service Employee or the Team Leader Customer Service, making a record of the clientcontact in eGain.

Functie-eisen

You have a minimum of 6 months experience in customer service Business-2-Consumer, experience in client contact, enthusiastic personality, experience in working with computers and MS Office, native speaking French, fluent (or near to fluent) in English or Dutch.
