Together with your colleagues, you will represent a number of well-known brands. Our contact center professionals deal with the customers of 28 different companies. This is not only done by phone but also by email, chat and social media.
Within the company there are three different departments:
Customer service representativeThe word service already indicates that you mainly deal with customers who have questions or complaints about the service of the company you represent.
Technical helpdesk representative Working as a technical helpdesk representative you support customers with technical questions or problems. If the question or problem cannot be solved on the phone, you will have to send a technician as soon as possible. Naturally, this job requires some technical affinity.
Sales representativeAs a sales representative you are responsible for dealing with commercial calls. You provide information, answer questions and deal with complaints, with as objective realising a sale. Often the customer will contact you but in some cases you will have to contact the customer of the brand you represent.
We are looking for candidates who Like to help people with their questions or problems.
You have knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing.
Besides the English Language you speak one of the following languages: German / French / Spanish / Swedish / Hebrew / Portugese.
You are available for a minimum of 20 hours and maximum 40 hours. You are flexible to work during opening hours from Monday until Sunday (between 8h00 and 22h00).
