Customer service employee Spanish Adobe – Maastricht

The employee is responsible for taking (inbound) calls and is responsible for helping customers with their (technical) issues. You have a central role within the internal organization. You answer questions by email, phone or chat.


You have an MBO work- and thinking level, you have technical skills and affinity with Adobe products and/ or other software. (you have expierence with programs such as MS Office, or Photoshop.
The working hours are from Monday till Friday between 9 and 22 o clock
You fluently speak the Spanish Language (native) and you also speak the English language.

You can arrange a certificate of good conduct.
