Customer Service Junior Agent (FR- EN) – Maastricht-Airport

The Junior Customer Service Agent will be in charge with the following main tasks:
Service follow-up by indicating possible anomalies that may occur during the transport and find the best way to solve or limit
the consequences. You are in close contact with international drivers and suppliers to monitor their process whilst keeping customer updated. Strict implementation of customer process. You are giving specific instructions and customer procedures to drivers and suppliers. You are an entrepreneur and communicate to the Branch Manager strategies to improve the quality of our service.
Handling incoming customer complaints, administration after the transport to prepare invoicing. In cooperation with a senior: Co-ordinate the customer order fulfilment process by identifying, recording and maintaining all appropriate customer, product and delivery information.

Functie-eisen

You have excellent multi lingual communication skills with a customer oriented approach. Your Language skills are good both verbal and in writing in French and English. Dutch, Polish or Romanian verbal language skills are a pre for this job.
You are accurate and focused, you have strong communicative capabilities.
You are willing to work in 2 shifts 06:00-14:30 & 11:30-20:00.
