Customer service medewerker German – Venlo

For a company in Venlo we are looking for a customer service agent German. As a Customer Service Employee you will be responsible for answering and processing questions and responses from the European clients by telephone or e-mail. You are interested to work in an enthusiastic multilingual team within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. You will work 40 hours per week.

What will yo do?
You are responsible for answering and processing questions and responses from the clients by telephone, e-mail, chats and reviews according to the clientcontactsystem eGain, within the own language and by following the rules.

Making administrative follow up of these clientcontacts in SAP, contacting clients directly in response to one problem or a negative review, escalate problems to the Senior Customer Service Employee or the Team Leader Customer Service, making a record of the clientcontact in eGain.

Functie-eisen

You have experience in client contact. You are an enthusiastic personality who is experienced in working with computers and MS Office. And ofcourse you are a native speaking or fluent in German and fluent (or near to fluent) in English.
