Office manager – Maastricht

For a company in the agricultural sector we are looking for an office manager.
· Checking and preparing accounts
· specialize in particular areas of day to day account and audit practice
· Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
· Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
· Controlling income and expenditure - invoices recording, follow up.
· Processing business expenses
· Reporting on debtors and creditors
· compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
· Analyzing costs reports, preparing excel sheets.
· Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
· Working with the sales team for cost calculations and budgeting
· Financial forecasting and risk analysis
· Negotiating/arranging financial terms, for business deals with customers and suppliers
· Assisting in preparation of reports, assessments and tax reviews

This is a long-term position. This company offers its own contract.
For this vacancy the salary depends on the workexperience and education level of the candidate.
