Are you an experienced professional in electrical engineering with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a Head of Electricians to lead, coordinate, and supervise the installation, connection, and maintenance of electrotechnical systems in a modern production environment.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Head of Electricians?

As Head of Electricians, you will be responsible for guiding a team of electricians while also being hands-on with technical work. You ensure that all electrical systems – from control cabinets and motors to switching and distribution facilities – are installed, maintained, and functioning according to the highest safety and quality standards.

 


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians in daily operations
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical work within the production facility
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Oversee the installation, connection, and adjustment of electrotechnical systems
  • Ensure proper cable routing, grounding, and parameter settings for equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions or deviations in production systems
  • Register and monitor technical data, reports, and logbooks
  • Collaborate with management, operators, and other departments to align work with production goals
  • Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment in safe and efficient condition
  • Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Head of Electricians

  • Completed technical education at MBO Level 4 (or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Electrotechnics)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong technical expertise in both high-voltage and low-voltage systems
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of electricians
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined
  • Flexibility to work in shifts when required

About the employer

You will work in a clean and modern production facility. The role involves both supervisory duties and hands-on technical tasks, including standing, lifting, climbing ladders, and occasionally working at heights or in confined spaces. Electrical and manual tools will be used frequently; protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory where required.
