With our Wiertz Talent Tool we map someone's work experience, personal preferences, talents and energy sources. This way you discover which role suits someone best and what training or development is needed to achieve this.

Wiertz Experience Tool: finger on the pulse

Our Wiertz Experience Tool is a digital questionnaire which employees complete about their job satisfaction, supervision and development needs. This gives us insight into areas for improvement as well as training requirements.

Wiertz Academy: tailor-made training and included

Sometimes extra preparation is needed before the first day of work. With apprenticeships or targeted training, we ensure that candidates are fully job-ready. Even after starting, we support further development, tailored to the position, team and ambitions of the employee.

All Aboard Now App: playfully prepared

Our flex employees use the All Aboard Now app: an onboarding game that prepares them for their first day at work in a fun and accessible way. This way they know what to expect, without stress.

This is how training works with Wiertz Academy

1. Start with the right questions

Together we map out what knowledge or skills your employees are looking for. and what they need. Both professionally and on soft skills.

2. Insight through our tools

With Wiertz Talent Tool and Wiertz Experience Tool we look beyond resumes. We discover where someone's strengths lie and what training will help.

Custom plan

We create a concrete training plan tailored to your organization, processes and goals. That way, you know where you stand and what we are striving for together.

4. Training and certification

Training through Wiertz Academy is practically oriented, with experts from your industry. Last year our employees obtained over 1,200 certificates.

5. Evaluation and result measurement

We measure the impact of training. For example, in productivity, loyalty and outflow. So you see what your investment really delivers.

Doorzaam: how does it work?

Doorzaam is a fund within the temporary employment industry that provides training budgets for flex workers. With Temporary Employment and Secondment (regular) training is often partially included in the rate.

We also make agreements with you as a client in advance about how we will use any Doorzaam budgets. Do you have specific development needs? Then we agree together how the costs will be divided. This way you know exactly where you stand, without surprises afterwards.
