In Boxtel, a modern and growing food production company produces a wide range of convenience snacks every day: from meat and vegetarian products to fried and oven snacks. To keep the production process running smoothly, we are looking for a Packaging Operator who ensures that all products are packed correctly and efficiently.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Packing Operator?

As a Packaging Operator, you are responsible for the final and very important stage of the production process: packaging.
 
  • You ensure the correct boxes, packaging materials, and labels are used for each product
  • You set up and adjust the packaging machines correctly
  • You continuously monitor the production line and its performance
  • You check quantities, expiration dates, and labeling
  • You identify deviations and take immediate action
  • During product changes, you ensure proper changeovers and cleaning procedures

You are the person who makes sure the final product reaches the customer perfectly packaged.
 
You will work in a 2-shift system:
06:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 00:00
A shift allowance will be paid on top of your base salary.

This is what we are looking for in our Packing Operator

  • Experience as an Operator or experience working with machines in a production environment
  • Accuracy and attention to product quality
  • A result-driven and flexible attitude
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
