GXO Heerlen is not just any warehouse—it’s a modern, green, very modern logistics hub. As a Warehouse Employee at GXO, you’ll be handling and shipping high-quality sporting goods to customers across Europe. No two days are the same — you'll enjoy a varied workday that keeps you moving. 
Your daily tasks may include: 
  • Picking and packing orders using hand scanners 
  • Preparing goods for shipment (pacing and stacking boxes) 
  • Handling incoming shipments (inbound, pallet stacking)

What do we offer: 
  • Competitive salary: €14.40/hour + 8% holiday allowance = €15.55/hour 
  • Shift allowances: 
    - Saturday: 50% 
    - Sunday: 100% 
    - National holidays: 100% 
    - 00:00 – 06:00: 45% 
    - 19:00 – 21:00: 25% 
    - 21:00 – 23:00: 35% 
    (06:00 – 19:00 is standard rate) 
  • Travel allowance: €0.23/km, up to 9,20 per day (40kms) 
  • Training and certification opportunities to boost your skills 
  • A supportive, sports-minded work culture

This is what we are looking for in our Warehouse Employee  at GXO Logistics

You’re the ideal candidate if you: 
  • Have good communication skills in English (spoken and written) 
  • Have your own accommodation and transportation to get to the GXO in Heerlen ( Do you need our support? We can arrange that for you.) 
  • Are available to work in 5 shifts, with a rotation 
  • Are a team player and enjoy active work
