Our Wiertz Experience Tool is a digital questionnaire which employees fill in about their job satisfaction, supervision and development needs. This gives us insight into areas for improvement as well as training requirements.
Wiertz Academy: tailored and included training
Sometimes extra preparation is needed before the first day of work. Through apprenticeships or targeted training, we make candidates job-ready. Development after the start? That is often already included in the rate or we coordinate it together via your training budget.
All Aboard Now App: playfully prepared
Our flex employees use the All Aboard Now app: an onboarding game that prepares them for their first day at work in a fun and accessible way. This way they know what to expect, without stress.
This is how training works with Wiertz Academy
Doorzaam: how does it work?
Doorzaam is a fund within the temporary employment industry that provides training budgets for flex workers. In the case of temporary employment and secondment, training is often already included in the rate.
We also make agreements with you as a client in advance about how we will use any Doorzaam budgets. Do you have specific development needs? Then we agree together how the costs will be divided. This way you know exactly where you stand, without surprises afterwards.



Process Operator
Motivated operators make the difference on the shop floor, especially if they continue to grow in their profession. Through the Wiertz Academy we offer apprenticeships and practical training to enable employees to develop into independent and skilled process operators.
