As an Inbound Administrative Employee, you ensure that all incoming goods are correctly checked and processed administratively. Thanks to your efforts, the logistics process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Do you have the ambition to be our Administrative & Warehouse Employee Venlo at Broekman Logistics?

As an Administrative & Warehouse Employee (Inbound), you are the first point of contact for receiving and processing goods in the warehouse. You ensure that incoming deliveries are accurately checked, registered, and stored in the correct location. You work closely with colleagues to keep the logistics process running smoothly.
Your tasks include:
  • Receiving and checking incoming goods
  • Processing and registering goods in the system
  • Checking packing slips, delivery documents, and invoices
  • Preparing receipt confirmations and reports
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure a correct inbound process

This is what we are looking for in our Administrative & Warehouse Employee Venlo at Broekman Logistics

For this position as Administrative & Warehouse Employee (Inbound), we are looking for someone who works accurately and in a structured manner. You have experience processing incoming goods and are familiar with the related administrative tasks. Good planning and prioritizing skills are important to keep the warehouse running efficiently.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team, while also being able to work independently. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse software is a plus, as well as a hands-on mentality that allows you to switch easily between administrative and physical warehouse tasks.

Additionally, we require:
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar inbound logistics or warehouse management role
  • Good command of Dutch or English
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks
  • Basic skills with digital systems and MS Office
