Provides administrative or clerical support and administers general office activities. Such activities are clerical in nature and may include pulling together data, preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls and scheduling meetings. Works within guidelines under general supervision.

Do you have the ambition to be our Administrative Assistant?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department
  • Handle ordering and purchasing activities
  • Work with internal systems such as SAP and Diamond Systems, and liaise with vendors
  • Support management and administrative systems
  • Initiate and manage change requests
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including coordination and communication
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Help organize and coordinate team events
  • Take care of visitors and guests

This is what we are looking for in our Administrative Assistant

  • MBO4 or Bachelor diploma
  • English and Dutch language are a must
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or strong willingness to learn
  • Interest in professional development and process improvement
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger team
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
