For a leading high-tech company in Eindhoven, we are looking for an Assembly Technician Hightech.

Previous assembly experience is welcome, but not always required. If you have technical insight and experience in production, assembly, mechanics or electronics, we would also like to hear from you.

During a structured onboarding period of approximately one month, you will learn how the company works, how the systems and processes are set up, how components are assembled and how technical drawings are used.

You will work in a clean, international high-tech environment and earn €3,300–€3,400 gross per month, including 14.4% shift allowance.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Assembly Technician Hightech?

As an Assembly Technician Hightech, you will assemble and test technical products with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Your work includes:
  • assembling electronic and/or mechanical components;
  • working according to work instructions and technical drawings;
  • testing products for functionality and performance;
  • carrying out visual and manual quality inspections;
  • identifying defects or deviations;
  • learning how to solve common assembly issues;
  • working accurately and according to safety and quality standards.

Depending on the department, your work may focus more on electronics, mechanical assembly or a combination of both.

You do not need to know everything from day one. During your onboarding, you will learn how to read technical drawings, work with internal systems and correctly assemble the products.

Working hours:
You work in a fixed 2-shift schedule:
  • Morning shift: 06:00–14:15
  • Afternoon shift: 14:15–23:15
  • (Friday afternoon shift: 14:30–21:00)

What do you get?

You can expect:
  • €3,300–€3,400 gross per month, including 14.4% shift allowance;
  • €0.23 per kilometre travel allowance;
  • 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days, financially included in the salary;
  • STIPP pension;
  • a full-time position with long-term perspective;
  • possibility of being taken over by the client after 1,040 hours, approximately 6 months full-time;
  • a structured onboarding period of around one month;

This is what we are looking for in our Assembly Technician Hightech

We are looking for someone who enjoys technical work and pays attention to detail.

You:
  • speak English well enough to understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues;
  • have technical insight and an interest in assembly or production;
  • may already have experience in assembly, production, mechanics or electronics;
  • work accurately and quality-focused;
  • are willing to learn how to read technical drawings and work with internal systems;
  • are available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule;
  • are motivated to develop yourself within a high-tech production environment.

Previous soldering experience is not required. If soldering is part of your department, this can be taught internally.
