What do you do?

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Romanian/Polish is a big advantage
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or customer service is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
