We are currently seeking a motivated Forklift Driver to join a professional warehouse team in Venlo. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Forklift driver?

As a Forklift Driver, you will play an important role in the daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include operating a forklift to load and unload trucks, transporting pallets throughout the warehouse, and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. You will also inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, help your colleagues with palletizing products when needed (approximately 10–20% of your working time), and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What do you get?

  • Gross hourly salary between €15.58 and €16.20, depending on your experience and qualifications
  • Full-time position (32–40 hours per week)
  • Fixed day shift from 09:00 to 18:00
  • During busy periods, you may start 1.5 hours earlier once every three weeks
  • Travel allowance from 10 km, up to €11.50 per day
  • Stable, long-term employment

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Forklift driver

  • At least 3 years of forklift driving experience
  • A valid Forklift (Heftruck) certificate
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willing to assist with general warehouse duties
  • Able to obtain or provide a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct)
  • Own accommodation and reliable transportation
