As a Hightech Technician based in Eindhoven, you play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing advanced technological equipment used in high-tech manufacturing environments. Your daily tasks involve troubleshooting complex machinery to ensure uninterrupted production processes. You will perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electronic and mechanical systems, identifying potential issues before they impact operations.

Your responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components 
- Performing preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan 
- Diagnosing malfunctions using advanced diagnostic software and tools 
- Executing repairs promptly to minimize production delays 
- Calibrating devices for optimal accuracy according to specifications 
- Documenting all service activities comprehensively for audit purposes 
- Assisting with installation and testing of new equipment installations 
- Advising production staff on machine operation best practices 
- Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues 
- Supporting continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting operational efficiency

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Hightech Technician

  • Good command of the English language.
  • Extencive experience with complicated assembly work within a hightech environment
  • A precise and quality-focused working style.
  • Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  1. Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
  2. Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:15 (Fridays 14:30 – 21:00)
