In Boxtel, a modern and fast-growing food production company produces a wide range of convenience snacks every single day – from meat and vegetarian products to oven and fried snacks. To keep the packaging process running smoothly, we are looking for a Line Owner Food Production who takes full responsibility for the final stage of production.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Line Responsible – Food Industry?

As Line Owner, you are responsible for the most crucial phase of the production process: packaging. You ensure that every product leaves the production line perfectly packed and ready for customers across Europe.
 
Your responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the correct boxes, packaging materials and labels are used
  • Setting up, adjusting and fine-tuning packaging machines
  • Monitoring the production line and optimizing performance
  • Checking quantities, expiration dates and labeling accuracy
  • Identifying deviations and taking immediate action
  • Managing product changeovers and ensuring proper cleaning procedures
  • Taking ownership of quality, efficiency and safety on your line

You are the one who guarantees that the final product reaches the customer in perfect condition.
 
You will work in a 2-shift system:
06:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 00:00
A shift allowance will be paid on top of your base salary.

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Line Responsible – Food Industry

  • Experience as an Operator or experience working with machines in a production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • A proactive and result-driven mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
