Looking for a long-term logistics job in a high-tech environment?

For a modern high-tech company in Son, we are looking for a Logistics Employee who enjoys active work, likes structure and is comfortable working in a 2-shift schedule.

Previous warehouse experience is welcome, but not always required. If you come from production or another hands-on environment and are motivated to learn logistics, we would also like to hear from you.

You will work in an international logistics team and earn between €3,300 and €3,400 gross per month, including 14.4% shift allowance.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Logistics employee hightech?

As a Logistics Employee, you will work in a team of around 10 to 15 colleagues. Together, you make sure incoming and outgoing goods are processed correctly and efficiently.

Your tasks may include:
  • receiving and checking incoming goods;
  • picking and preparing production orders;
  • packing and preparing shipments;
  • processing goods in the warehouse system;
  • moving materials using an EPT or reach truck;
  • checking quantities and quality;
  • keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

The work is physically active. You will spend a lot of time walking and standing, and you may lift items up to 25 kg several times per day. Lifting equipment is available for heavier or more difficult loads.

Working hours
You work in a 2-shift schedule:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
  • Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00
  • On Fridays during the late-shift week, you usually finish around 20:30

What do you get?

You can expect:
  • €3,300 – €3,400 gross per month, including 14.4% shift allowance;
  • €0.23 per kilometre travel allowance;
  • 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days, already financially included in the salary;
  • STIPP pension;
  • a long-term position;
  • possibility of being taken over by the client after 1,040 hours, approximately 6 months full-time;
  • possibility to obtain an EPT or reach truck certificate through Wiertz Company or the client;
  • working in an international high-tech logistics environment;
  • a close-knit team of 10–15 colleagues.

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Logistics employee hightech

You:
  • speak English well enough to understand instructions and communicate with colleagues;
  • are available for both shifts;
  • are physically fit and comfortable with a lot of walking and standing;
  • can lift up to 25 kg when required;
  • work accurately and safely;
  • are motivated and willing to learn;
  • can arrange your own transport to Son.

Previous logistics experience is a plus, but not a hard requirement. Experience in production or another hands-on working environment can also be relevant.

The logistics department consists of several teams working in shifts. You will mainly work with your own logistics colleagues and focus on making sure goods and materials are available at the right place and time.
