What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Operator?

To make these snacks, they need Operators! As an Operator, you can work in 2 departments. You can work as Operator Product preparer, making sure the machines are set up correctly for the right product. You ensure that the recipe is correct and monitor the process on your line. As Operator you spot deviations, does the ragout of the croquettes normally look slightly different? You notice everything and take proactive action. As soon as another product is made, you reset the machines, clean what needs to be cleaned, and start the production of the next product! As Operator Packing, you ensure that the right boxes and etiquette are used for the right products. You ensure that this process runs flawlessly, and constantly check progress. 

You will work in 2 shifts. Your working hours are 06:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 00:00. If you work in 2 shifts, you will of course receive a shift bonus. Would you prefer to work in 5 shifts? There are options for this as well!

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Operator

  • You have experience as Operator or work experience with machines in production environment
  • A close-knit team and work with an eye on product quality
  • You are result-oriented and flexible
  • You have a proactive attitude and enjoy working with colleagues
  • You are willing to work in 2 shifts
  • You have experience in a food company is a plus not necessary
