We are seeking a motivated All-round Operator to support our production team. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring product quality, and contributing to the production of high-quality tinplate cans.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Operator in a can manufacturing company (Horst)?

You play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly. As an Operator, you will operate machinery, solve minor technical issues, and ensure that all production processes function efficiently.
 
Your responsibilities include:
  • Starting up and operating production line machine
  • Monitoring the production process and performing quality checks
  • Working in various departments such as Circular, Seamer, Palletizer, and Robopac
  • Completing reports and recording production data
  • Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
  • Supporting mechanics during breakdowns and changeovers
  • Following all safety and quality standards
  • Communicating with quality and technical teams when issues arise

What do we expect from you as an Operator in our modern production environment?
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Availability to work in a 2–3 shift system, with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Possession of a valid European passport
  • Own accommodation in Horst area
