Are you precise, reliable and do you like working in a clean production environment? As a Production Worker, you help pack freshly baked cookies with care. Some products are delicate, so accuracy, focus and a gentle way of working are important.

You will work on different packing lines in a modern food production environment. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the cookies are packed correctly, safely and according to the highest hygiene standards.

Please note: a valid European passport, ID card or Dutch stay and work permit is required for this position.

What do you do?

As a Production Worker, you are an important part of the packaging process. You work with freshly baked cookies and make sure every product is handled carefully and prepared correctly for shipment.

Your tasks include:
  • rotating across different packing lines and learning different packaging techniques;
  • working with conveyor belts in a fast-paced production environment;
  • picking, packing and checking cookies with care and attention;
  • preparing packed products for shipment;
  • standing for longer periods during your shift;
  • keeping your workplace clean and following strict hygiene rules;
  • working accurately and paying attention to quality and detail.


You do not need years of experience, but it is important that you can work carefully, follow instructions and stay focused in a production environment.

You will work in a modern cookie factory with a positive, family-oriented work environment. You can count on clear working conditions, shift allowance and the opportunity to grow in your wage.

You will receive:
  • a starting wage of €16.12 per hour;
  • wage growth to €17.33 per hour after 26 weeks;
  • annual wage reviews;
  • shift allowance:
    • 138% pay rate between 18:00 and 03:00;
    • 139% pay rate between 03:00 and 06:30;
  • flexible scheduling with optional Saturday shifts;
  • commuting allowance of €0.25 per kilometer, up to 30 kilometers one way and paid both ways;
  • work in a modern food production environment;
  • a positive team where people work together and help each other.

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Production Worker Cookie Factory

You are someone who works carefully and understands that quality matters. Because you work with food products, hygiene and accuracy are very important. You like practical work, you can keep up with the pace of a production line and you are willing to learn.

You recognize yourself in the following:
  • experience in packing, food production or precise production work is a plus;
  • you are willing to work in rotating shifts:
    • 06:00 - 14:00;
    • 14:00 - 22:00;
    • 22:00 - 06:00;
  • you speak Dutch or English;
  • you can work carefully with delicate products;
  • you are comfortable following strict hygiene rules;
  • you are available for a trial day;
  • you have your own transportation, such as a car or bike;
  • you have a valid European passport, ID card or Dutch stay and work permit.


Because you work with food products, hygiene rules are very important. This means working with a hairnet and without jewelry, piercings, perfume, nail polish, gel nails, artificial nails or false eyelashes.
