Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives project success and business growth? As a Small Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that project and engineering assistance deadlines are met. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a cross-functional team through every phase of the projects.
 
You have experience in all project phases including Front End Loading, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Start-up. Also interfaces between multiple organizations both internally and externally.
 
Your area of responsibility will be mainly for engineering assistance and small projects in the Terneuzen Energy, Environmental, R&D & Site Logistics area. The majority of the jobs are linked to planned turnarounds or critical for the daily operations of the facilities.

  • Lead the project team, ensuring adherence to work processes and accountability for results
  • Align project schedule with business/operations objectives and monitor progress
  • Develop and implements EH&S and other plans to meet goals
  • Ensure smooth transition to Operations and Maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates
  • Foster a work environment focused on integrity, safety, and productivity
  • Monitor engineering assistance and small projects
  • Manage resource allocation and communicate with relevant representatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus project management, engineering, manufacturing or related experience required
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is preferred
