As a Senior Hightech Technician in Eindhoven, you will take charge of the installation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced technical equipment used in high-tech environments. Your daily tasks involve troubleshooting complex systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance. You will work closely with engineering teams to implement upgrades and modifications that enhance system reliability and efficiency.

You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections and preventive maintenance routines to detect potential issues before they impact production. This includes calibrating instruments and verifying the accuracy of high-precision devices. Documentation of all technical activities is essential to maintain clear records for compliance and continuous improvement.

In summary, your role as a Senior Hightech Technician involves:

- Installing, maintaining, and optimizing cutting-edge technical equipment 
- Troubleshooting complex systems for uninterrupted operation 
- Performing preventive maintenance including calibration of precision instruments 
- Documenting all technical activities accurately 
- Assisting in testing new technologies during integration phases 
- Interpreting technical drawings and using diagnostic tools effectively 
- Contributing to project planning with realistic task estimations 
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times 
- Training junior technicians on best practices 
- Coordinating with suppliers for repairs and parts management

  • Good command of the English language.
  • Experience in a higthech, complicated assembly work.
  • A precise and quality-focused working style.
  • Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  1. Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
  2. Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:15 (Fridays 14:30 – 21:00)
