Are you an experienced team leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment? Are you comfortable working in a cold environment of around 4°C and ready to take an active role on the production floor? Then this could be your next challenge!

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Team Leader High Care?

  • Lead and coach a team of 75–100 production employees
  • Ensure smooth and efficient production
  • Actively support the team on the production floor
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and food safety 
  • Achieve daily production targets
  • Solve unexpected issues and make quick decisions
  • Support continuous improvement project

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Team Leader High Care

  • Experience in team leadership and production
  • Experience working according to HACCP guidelines is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a 4°C production environment
  • Good command of English 
  • Flexible, decisive, and stress-resistant
  • Working in 2 shifts 06:30-15:30, 15:20-00:20 
  • Comfortable standing and walking for most or all of the working day
