What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Technical Specialist?

As a Technical Specialist based in Eindhoven, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of complex technical systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues with precision and efficiency, often collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Your daily activities include monitoring system performance, conducting thorough troubleshooting, and performing regular maintenance to maintain optimal functionality.

Key responsibilities include: 
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across hardware and software systems 
- Monitoring system performance through advanced diagnostic tools 
- Managing installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities 
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution 
- Documenting procedures, changes, and outcomes for transparency 
- Analyzing operational data to identify risks or inefficiencies proactively 
- Training colleagues on new technologies or processes 
- Coordinating project resources and timelines effectively 
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations 
- Liaising with external partners for specialized support when needed

This is what we are looking for in our Technical Specialist

  • Good command of the English language.
  • Expert-level knowledge of system integration, assembly methodologies and manufacturing processes.
  • A precise and quality-focused working style.
  • Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  1. Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
  2. Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:15 (Fridays 14:30 – 21:00)
