Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data. Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks under limited supervision. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.This role required that you gain proficiency through on-the-job training and experience. You need either deep skills in this discipline or knowledge of a range of processes, procedures, and systems. You also need a broad understanding of the job and know how to apply knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. You should understand how your team works with others to accomplish objectives and be able to exchange detailed, complicated information with other team members.It is your responsibility to evaluate analytical or scientific problems in unusual situations and select solutions based on established procedures. You will serve as an informal resource on operational, administrative, data organization, or coordination tasks for less experienced team members with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance will impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of your own work and your team’s work. You should be able to modify work practices and processes to achieve results and or improve efficiency.

- Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role
- Acts as primary point-of-contact for total rewards, compensation, and benefits inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders
- Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion
- Tracks progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries
- Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience
- Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and e-Request queries, etc.)
- Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume)

Qualifications:
• You have a Masters or bachelor’s degree in HR or related area.
• You bring a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow & ADP Streamline payroll, SAP.
• Proficiency in any other European languages is an asset.
• Understand organizational interdependencies and experience working across functions and cultures.
• Experience in high volume operational environments is required.
• Experience in internal controls through prior audit participation is preferred.
• Good problem solving, critical thinking skills and managing competing priorities.
• By nature, this job requires a substantial amount of coordination with a variety of internal- and external stakeholders where accountability and ownership of data and processes are key.
• Self-motivated with a customer service mindset.
