Are you looking for a stable warehouse job with opportunities to grow? We are currently recruiting Warehouse Employees (Pickers) for one of our international clients in Venlo. You'll work in a modern warehouse handling products such as monitors, office chairs, and gaming equipment.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Warehouse employee (Picker)?

You will start in the picking/packing department, where your main responsibilities will include:
  • Picking orders using a hand scanner and EPT
  • Collecting products accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing orders for the packing department
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all picked items
  • Packing orders for shipment

As you develop your skills and demonstrate good performance, you'll have the opportunity to learn additional warehouse processes, including:
  • Operating a Reachtruck or Forklift (training provided)
  • Supporting the Inbound or Quality Control departments

After 4 weeks, if you perform well, your hourly salary can increase to €15.58.

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Warehouse employee (Picker)

  • You are physically fit and able to perform warehouse work (average package weight: 8 kg)
  • You have at least 6 months of logistics or warehouse experience
  • You communicate confidently in English
  • You are motivated, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • You have your own accommodation and transportation, as these are not provided
  • You are willing to work overtime when required
