You do not need to be an experienced warehouse employee. What matters most is that you are motivated, reliable, enjoy active work and can communicate well in English.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Warehouse employee at GXO Logistics?

As a Warehouse Employee, you and your colleagues make sure orders are processed correctly and on time.

Your work is varied and keeps you active throughout the day.

Your tasks include:
  • Picking orders using a hand scanner;
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipment;
  • Stacking and handling boxes;
  • Processing incoming goods;
  • Stacking and moving goods on pallets;
  • Checking whether orders are complete and correct;
  • Keeping your workplace clean and safe.

You will work with sporting goods for a major international sports brand. This means working in a dynamic logistics environment where many different products are processed every day.

Working hours:

You can work in a two-shift schedule:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 to 15:00;
  • Afternoon/evening shift: 15:00 to 00:00.

Would you rather work early only? It is also possible to work exclusively in the fixed morning shift from 06:00 to 15:00.

You may also be scheduled to work on Saturdays.

  • €14.99 gross per hour;
  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to €9.20 per day;
  • 50% allowance on Saturdays;
  • 100% allowance on Sundays;
  • 100% allowance on national holidays;
  • 25% allowance between 19:00 and 21:00;
  • 35% allowance between 21:00 and 00:00;
  • 45% allowance between 00:00 and 06:00;
  • Opportunities to follow training courses and obtain certificates;

For this position, we are mainly looking for someone who is motivated and enjoys active work.

It is important that you:
  • Can speak and understand English well enough to communicate with colleagues and follow work instructions;
  • Have your own accommodation;
  • Can travel independently to GXO in Heerlen;
  • Are available for the two-shift schedule or the fixed morning shift;
  • Are willing to work on Saturdays when required;
  • Enjoy physically active work;
  • Work accurately and reliably;
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.

Previous logistics or warehouse experience is a plus, but your motivation and work attitude are just as important.
