As a Customer Service Officer, you serve as the front-line contact for the customers. You process orders, prepare correspondence, and ensure that customer needs are met promptly and accurately. You research and resolve inquiries and complaints, communicating solutions effectively to both management and colleagues. Your role is key to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Handle routine customer calls and correspondence via phone, email, and in-person.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare documentation and written information for customers as required.
- Collaborate with other managers to identify opportunities for improving customer service.
- Apply basic administrative functions within the Customer Service area.
- Follow GXO Health & Safety standards and actively contribute to a safe work environment.
- Support environmental initiatives aimed at reducing natural resource usage and emissions.
- Adhere to applicable legal, GXO, and industry standards, contributing to continuous improvement.

Dit zoeken we in onze Customer Service Officer
Education: Intermediate Vocational Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years operations or customer service experience in a similar role.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
