The HR Representative plays a vital role in supporting the EMEA organization by managing a wide range of daily HR activities. Operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this role offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while growing professionally.
In this international HR position, the HR Representative supports various countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, and actively contributes to regional and global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, handling inquiries and cases throughout the employee life cycle – from hire to retire – via the case management system.
- Manages HR processes related to long-term sick leave, including creating action plans and facilitating reintegration.
- Assists the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist in employee relations matters, including the preparation and review of settlement agreements and dismissal documentation.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of HR handbooks and internal policies.
- Ensures compliance with internal processes and local labor laws while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Supports regional and global HR projects, with a focus on simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Conducts regular HR data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Handles basic communication in German, addressing employee inquiries or referring them appropriately.

Dit ben jij
Dit zoeken we in onze HR Representative
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role within a company with more than 100 employees or 3+ years of HR experience in a smaller organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws is required; familiarity with German HR practices is a plus.
- Experience working with Dutch collective labor agreements (CLAs) and developing HR policies.
- Familiarity with processes related to long-term sick leave, settlement agreements, dismissals, and UWV procedures.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Basic knowledge of German, with a willingness to further develop language skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, while effectively collaborating with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists.
- Availability of 40 hours per week
