Are you a hands-on professional with logistics experience?
 
Do you have leadership skills and know how to motivate a team and keep operations running smoothly? Then we are looking for you!
 
As a Leading Hand, you are the right hand of the team leader or supervisor. You ensure that the daily activities on the warehouse floor are carried out efficiently and according to plan. You actively participate in the work, guide your colleagues, and monitor quality and safety within the team.

  • Lead and support a team of logistics employees
  • Participate in daily logistics operations (order picking, loading/unloading, stock management)
  • Ensure proper task allocation and planning on the warehouse floor
  • Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Leading Hand

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience in supervising colleagues is a big plus
  • You are accurate, independent, and have strong communication skills
  • You have a proactive attitude and take ownership of your team's performance
  • You have a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate, or are willing to obtain one
  • You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
