🚀 What will you do?
For our fantastic client – a global player in supply chain logistics – we’re looking for an Operations Team Leader who thrives on leading both people and processes. At the Venlo site, you’ll manage a team of 25 to 50 colleagues across inbound and outbound operations. You ensure everything runs smoothly – from hitting daily targets to team development. No two days are the same in this key role within the logistics operation!
 
Your responsibilities:
 

• Daily management of 25–50 warehouse employees
• Monitor KPIs and report directly to your Supervisor
• Conduct motivating coaching and performance conversations
• Ensure efficient task allocation and optimize workflows
• Perform light administrative tasks
• Available for rotating day shifts (6:30–15:30 / 7:30–16:30 / 11:00–20:00)
