🚀 What will you do?
For our fantastic client – a global force in supply chain logistics – we’re seeking an Operations Team Leader who’s passionate about guiding people and improving processes. Based at the Venlo site, you'll oversee 25 to 50 team members across inbound and outbound logistics. You’ll keep operations on track, targets in sight, and your team motivated. Every day brings something new in this vital role!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage 25–50 warehouse team members
• Track KPIs and report to your direct Supervisor
• Conduct regular coaching and development conversations
• Ensure smart task planning and workflow efficiency
• Perform light admin and reporting duties
• Work rotating day shifts: 6:30–15:30 / 7:30–16:30 / 11:00–20:00
