We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Industrial Mechanic who will take a leading role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuity of our production line. In this position, you are not just responsible for maintenance — you are the key technical owner of the line, overseeing the production process, resolving complex mechanical issues, and making sure operations run safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Your expertise directly impacts productivity, quality, and overall process optimization.

What do you do?

Responsibilities; 
  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machinery performance and efficiency.
  • Independently perform final checks on machines and equipment after training.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machines to meet technical requirements and ensure product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the resolution of any product defects, contributing to high-quality output.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Yours qualifications are; 
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role;
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills related to production machinery;
  • Ability to work effectively in a 2 and, if needed, 3-shift rotation;
  • Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication;
  • Good English language skills;
