We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Industrial Mechanic who will take a leading role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuity of our production line. In this position, you are not just responsible for maintenance — you are the key technical owner of the line, overseeing the production process, resolving complex mechanical issues, and making sure operations run safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Your expertise directly impacts productivity, quality, and overall process optimization.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Industrial Mechanic?

As an Industrial Mechanic, you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You ensure that machines and installations are properly maintained, repaired, and optimized.
Your tasks include:
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical faults and malfunctions
  • Adjusting and resetting production machinery
  • Monitoring machine performance and functionality
  • Maintaining maintenance logs and reports
  • Collaborating with production, QC, and other departments
  • Supporting operators on the production line
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Industrial Mechanic

  • You have a technical qualification at MBO level 4 (or equivalent)
  • You have experience as a mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar
  • You are strong in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • You can work independently and manage priorities
  • You have a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Willing to work 2 shifts, with future 3-shift option
  • You have own accommodation and transportation
