We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Accountant to join a dynamic Finance Department within an international environment, based in the Horst area, where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Operations Accountant?

In this role as Operations Accountant, you play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong accounting processes across the organization. 
Your main responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple reporting cycles
  • Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in line with US GAAP
  • Preparing financial statements and reporting packages
  • Handling statutory reporting in accordance with Dutch GAAP for multiple legal entities
  • Leading the annual tax filing process
  • Managing fixed asset accounting activities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external audits
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and strengthening internal controls

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Operations Accountant

  • HBO level education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in financial reporting or operations accounting
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and/or Dutch GAAP is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Accurate, proactive, and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
