What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Operator?

  • Setting up and operating bakery machines
  • Weighing and mixing raw materials
  • Assessing and adjusting dough for the best result
  • Troubleshooting minor malfunctions
  • Working according to the production schedule
  • Keeping your workspace clean

What do you get?

  • €16,58 gross per hour
  • After 26 worked weeks: €17,83 per hour

Shift allowance:
  • 138% between 18:00–03:00
  • 139% between 03:00–06:30
  • Travel allowance

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Operator

  • Experience as a baker or in the food industry
  • Technical insight and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate and flexible in a shift system
  • Good communication skills
  • EPT/forklift certificate is a plus (can be obtained later)
  • Own transportation
  • You are able to work in a 2–3 shift system; working hours are: 05:30–14:00 / 13:30–22:00 / 21:30–06:00
