Dow Human Resources in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI) region comprises of multiple disciplines, managing the entire Employee Lifecycle related activities. This role is in the Workforce Management (WFM) discipline within the HR function. WFM primarily focuses on all the employee lifecycle related activities, e.g. onboarding, managing employee data, lifecycle changes, absence management and offboarding of all Dow employees. This role will support WFM activities for Spain, including supporting activities for Italy, Portugal, France and/or Belgium.

This role enables a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation, and service delivery in the areas of WFM. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to WFM. This role requires that you gain proficiency through on-the-job training and experience. You need either deep skills in this discipline or knowledge of a range of processes, procedures, and systems. You also need a broad understanding of the job and know how to apply knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. You should understand how your team works with others to accomplish objectives and be able to exchange detailed, complicated information with other team members.

What do you do?

  • Processes all employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Job changes, Personal Data changes, Reporting and Terminations) related transactions in both online and offline platforms with great accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for workforce management inquiries (via phone, chat, and eRequest), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
  • Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion
  • Tracks progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries
  • Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise
  • Engages in overall improvements of processes
  • Fluency in English & Spanish is a must
  • Ability to work in matrix organization with multiple stakeholders independently.
  • Collaborative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-discipline.
  • Brings knowledge and expertise with Workday, ServiceNow and other technology platforms to deliver run-the-business efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Can work fluently with multiple technology platforms, strong command over MS-Office
