We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our modern production team in Horst. In this role, you will work with advanced production machines, monitor product quality, and help produce high-quality tinplate cans for customers worldwide.

What do you do?

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the production process runs efficiently and safely.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Loading and supplying machines with tinplate sheets
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure smooth operation
  • Inspecting materials and finished products to maintain quality standards
  • Identifying and reporting any defects or quality issues
  • Assisting with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

This is what we are looking for in our Production operator Horst

  • Communicative level of English
  • Experience in a production or operator role is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • European passport
  • Accuracy and responsibility
  • Interest in working with tools in a mechanical environment
  • Understanding of quality and safety standards
  • Own accommodation and transport.
