We are looking for a hands-on People & Culture professional to join our team at our Horst location. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same, and where you can make a real impact on both people and the organization.
 
As P&C Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees and play an important role in supporting and further professionalizing the local organization. You will also serve as the backup for the P&C Administrative Coordinator, ensuring continuity in daily HR operations. This is a broad role combining operational HR tasks, advisory responsibilities, and improvement initiatives.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our P&C Business Partner?

  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR/P&C topics
  • Manage recruitment and selection activities
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle processes (in-, through-, and outflow)
  • Support absenteeism cases in line with Dutch legislation (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter)
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development activities
  • Support HR projects, policies, and process improvements
  • Monitor HR KPIs and support reporting
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
  • Act as backup for P&C administrative processes

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our P&C Business Partner

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field
  • Several years of experience in a broad HR/P&C role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and absenteeism processes is required
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and proactive mindset
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week
