Are you a hands-on People & Culture professional who thrives in a dynamic production environment?
For our location in Horst, we are looking for a P&C Business Partner who truly wants to make an impact on both people and the organization. No two days are the same: you combine operational HR tasks with advisory work and process improvement.
In this role, you will be an important sparring partner for managers and employees and contribute to the further professionalization of the organization. In addition, you will act as a backup for the P&C Administrative Coordinator, ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our P&C Business Partner?

  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR/P&C matters
  • Recruitment and selection of new colleagues
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding)
  • Manage absenteeism cases in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter)
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities
  • Support HR projects and process improvements
  • Monitor HR KPIs and reporting
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Act as backup for HR administrative processes

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our P&C Business Partner

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a broad HR/P&C role
  • Experience in a production environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and absenteeism processes
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Hands-on, proactive, and strong communication skills
  • Available for 32–40 hours per week
