We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our modern production team in Horst. In this role, you will work with production machines, monitor product quality, and help create high-quality tinplate cans for customers worldwide.

What do you do?

As a Production Operator, you are an essential part of keeping our production running smoothly. Your tasks include:
  • Start up and operate production machines safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Work across different areas, including Circular, Seamer, Palletizer, and Robopac.
  • Record production data and complete required forms accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized machine and workspace.
  • Assist mechanics with minor machine issues or adjustments.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with quality and technical teams when issues arise.

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Production operator Horst

  • Basic English speaking and writing skills.
  • Experience in a similar production or operator role.
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts and a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • European passport.
