As a Quality Checker / Inchecker Inbound, you will be responsible for checking incoming goods and making sure that deliveries are received correctly and meet the required quality standards. You will carefully inspect products, verify quantities and documentation, and register incoming goods accurately in the system.
You will work closely with the inbound, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure that goods are processed efficiently and correctly from the moment they arrive.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Quality controller?

  • Check incoming goods for quantity, quality, damage, and accuracy
  • Compare delivered goods with the relevant documentation
  • Register incoming goods accurately in the warehouse management system
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items
  • Perform quality and quantity checks according to established procedures
  • Ensure products are correctly labelled and processed
  • Work closely with the inbound and warehouse teams to resolve issues
  • Keep inventory and system records accurate and up to date
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized inbound process

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Quality controller

  • Good knowledge of English to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality, inbound, warehouse, or logistics processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Able to provide a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct)
  • Private accommodation and own transport are required
